StretchLab South Wilmington offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

    Update: 3/19/2026 I received a call from the owner, Henry, and had a discussion with him about my concerns. Unfortunately the conversation ended with him asking me to remove my review, and when I said no, he said he has "deep pockets", and would be suing me. Shortly after our conversation, a 1-star review was posted on my business profile. Please consider this before doing business with this company. BEWARE: Predatory Contracts & Billing Overall, I was super disappointed in this business for how they handled an issue I had. My first several weeks were great, my "stretchologist" was knowledgeable, super cool, and a good fit. The issues came when my card declined, I had it locked due to an unauthorized charge that was unrelated. I got some texts and calls about the missed payment which was to be expected, and they continued to try and charge my card every day, once or twice a day for the entire month. After day 10, they threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay my past due amount. Normally this wouldn't have been an issue at all, but after seeing how intense they were about billing on services that HAVEN'T BEEN RENDERED YET, I decided I didn't want to continue to support the company. Once I had my card issues resolved, I turned it back on, the payment processed, and I reached out to the location to schedule my 4 sessions as well as cancel my membership. I was told that since it had been exactly one month, the payment that processed was applied for March's balance, not the past due amount for February. I spoke with the location's manager, who was kind and pleasant, but unable to resolve the billing concern. They said I cannot schedule any appointments until February was settled up, to which I thought it was already paid. Now they've got another $349 of mine and will not allow me to book anything further until I pay February. I remind you again, this is for services that I haven't received yet. They cited their contract and billing agreement and told me I would be turned over to collections. Don't get me wrong; there is fault on my end. I had opportunities to call and correct my payment information, but after seeing how obsessive and intense they are about their billing, it left a very bad taste in my mouth and frankly pissed me off. I requested the balance to be applied to the past due and to be able to schedule my sessions, but I'm locked out, and they will not get any more money from me. They had their billing corporate side reach out to help resolve this and it's the same story and they were no help. Moral of the story: read your contract that you sign. Know that they will hunt you down for payment. They still attempt to charge my card daily, and I'm sure they will continue for a long time. Really disappointed how they handled it, and although everyone was kind and professional, I find this method of membership predatory and urge that all prospective patrons to read what they are signing closely and if possible avoid this company in general.

    Lauren was awesome. Explained everything to me as she was stretching me. Did not talk over my head. Was a kind and gentle practioner. She really knows what she is doing. She is a GOD send.
