  I just had a surgery here this morning, and it was wonderful! The staff is so kind and helpful, would recommend this place to anyone.

  I really like Dr. Dunlop. She is friendly and knowledgeable. However, I paid over $1000 for an extraction and went for my follow up today and received an Xray and 3D scan so Dr. Dunlop could check the extraction site. At checkout, I was told I owed $555 for the services. I was not informed that the services performed(that I did not ask for) were going to total $555. I am very upset. Most of us are on a budget these days and I cannot afford this. It seems customary to let people know what they will be charged for a service before it's performed but apparently that's not the case at Shoreline. Beware. It appears as if they charge ala carte for every service performed and they don't tell you before hand.

  Dr Wilson and his team were absolutely incredible! I had 3 wisdom teeth removed - I was made fully prepared before my procedure and given everything I needed to ensure my healing process was sound. They are the best!

  The staff was so amazing. I had never had any form of surgery before and I was getting my wisdom teeth removed. Zoey (I believe her name was) stayed with me in the patient room after my consultation with Dr. Kelly and gave me the utmost reassurance and genuinely made me feel at ease. Dr. Kelly was extremely knowledgeable, very empathetic with my anxiety for the procedure but also very honest and straightforward as well. Once I arrived for the appointment the entire staff was so patient with me and my nerves, helped me chill out and genuinely made the experience better than I could’ve imagined. 100/10 recommend Shoreline to anybody looking for compassionate people to help coach them along the way for their surgical needs.

  Speaking as both a healthcare Compliance Officer and a parent, I am beyond impressed with Shoreline. My teen had his wisdom teeth removed, and they turned a dreaded event into a great experience. They were quick to get us in as new patients, with very flexible scheduling, and prompt communication at every turn. The staff are all so sweet and professional, from the front desk all the way through the clinic. Handled an insurance change flawlessly, clear and reasonable pricing right up front. Clinically, they went above and beyond explaining the procedure, treatment, risks, and benefits and erased any anxiety we had. The procedure itself was one of the smoothest I've seen- he was in and out quickly, VERY minimal pain or discomfort, healed quickly. They called to check up on him afterwards, and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Honestly, I wish they offered more than just dental- this is, by far, one of the most impressive healthcare experiences within any specialty that we've ever had. They truly know how to run a patient-centered practice. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
