  Zero stars if I could. I’ve had three surgeries, and after the last one, I was not supposed to be in any pain. Surprise, I am still in pain. I think I know my body more than you do! This disregard is absolute negligence of care. Now, this is, of course, after they have made close to 12 thousand dollars off my insurance and I. -Best Regards

  We noted a billing discrepancy in the quote we received verses the bill sent to us for a procedure we had conducted at Atlantic Urology. We contacted the office and the billing specialist did not remove the additional charge. I then provided a Google review and was immediately contacted by Ms. Redmond regarding my review. After explaining the situation via email, Ms. Redmond very kindly and quickly responded to my concerns and removed the portion of the charge in question. She was very professional and understanding throughout the process. Because of the excellent customer service displayed by Ms. Redmond, the issue was resolved and my family will continue to use this provider should the need arise. In a world where good customer service is rare, this was a much appreciated resolution to my concerns. I truly appreciate Ms. Redmond's attentive ear and concern for her patients.
