  I wanted to share my review of Novant Health Scott’s Hill Surgical Center on here.. My son had a T&A, tubes and another procedure done this past week with Dr. Haywood and I have nothing but good things to say. Cathy greeted us bright and early with a big smile and kind personality. She ensured I received a text message prior to our arrival that would later be used to keep me informed about my son’s progress in the OR and recovery. Our pre-op nurse Kelly was great at making sure my son and I both knew what to expect and made him as comfortable as he could be. The anesthesiologist Dr. Wells was wonderful and I enjoyed his sense of humor. Fast forward to PACU- Lauren was great, working hard to get my little guys pain under control while providing him all the options they had for soothing his throat. He woke up very cranky and I’m sure she was thankful I was there 😄. All the nurses in pre-op and PACU worked together to make sure the patients were cared for and that everyone had what they needed. And lastly, Linda, a volunteer was so sweet and kind. I appreciated her help getting out to the car. Dr Haywood was great, good bedside manner and calm demeanor. I’d recommend him to anyone. If anyone named above sees this, Thank you!!

  The quality of the service was, as JJ on "Good Times "says "Dynamite " :) everyone was so kind and professional. The first nurse I seen and spoke with about the procedure that I was having was very thorough and actually got me on the right track because I was truly confused, lol. I thought I was in for the surgery and I was actually just doing the anesthesia to make sure I was qualified for the procedure, thank God somebody knew what I was there for. 😅 But from the nurses to the doctors they were great. They treated my husband and I with the upmost courtesy and respect. With that being said we felt that they truly cared about our well-being. My husband prayed 🙏🏽 and they came in the middle of the prayer and gave an Amen at the end! We thank you and we appreciate the warm hospitality. Keep up the Phenomenal service 👏🏽 Best, Carole Hand
