  Dr. Amari Howard is very knowledgeable and listens to any concerns highly recommend her for pediatric Gastroenterology for kiddos she as well is very patient and sweet to the children front desk is also pleasant along with ladies in lab very nice people and clinic all around as well as clean

  Dr. Sullivan and his nurse are awesome. Dr.Sullivan takes his time and is very polite and seems interested. Very thorough.

  Our experience at this appointment was very disappointing. From the start, the provider seemed disengaged and dismissive. My child was not allowed to fully explain her symptoms, and we were told the doctor “only wanted a summary,” which felt unusual given the complexity of the issues we were there to address. When we asked reasonable questions to better understand the diagnosis, the responses were noticeably passive-aggressive and condescending. There was no clear explanation, no discussion of alternative possibilities, and no real treatment plan offered beyond “drink more water.” When I asked how the diagnosis related to a similar condition, I was incorrectly told they were “the same thing” without any clarification. To make matters worse, the printed visit summary did not reflect what we were actually seen for — it listed one symptom that wasn’t even discussed or present. Overall, the lack of empathy, communication, and accuracy was extremely concerning. Patients deserve to feel heard, respected, and properly informed, especially in a medical setting. I hope this feedback helps improve future care for others.
