  I had the pleasure of seeing Delaney in Neurology, and my experience was truly exceptional. She was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout the entire visit. She took the full scheduled time with me, never making me feel rushed, and ensured that every concern I had was thoroughly addressed. Delaney explained everything in a way that was clear, thoughtful, and easy to understand, which made a huge difference in helping me feel comfortable and informed. I genuinely felt heard, valued, and understood during our conversation. She welcomed my questions and answered each one with patience and detail. I also really appreciated that she had helpful handouts ready for me to take home, so I could revisit the information later. It was evident that she truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to provide excellent care. I’m very grateful for such a positive and reassuring experience!

  Both my husband and I have providers at Novant neurology. I get botox for migraines. The providers have a high turn over rate~~I'm with my fourth. Often my appointment is cancelled same day. I'm told the provider has left, or the power is out, or the provider is sick..........It is super frustrating. My husband sees the movement disorder team. While he is happy with Dr. Pratt and the NP, he has a horrible time getting them to refill his medication. It takes multiple calls from both the pharmacist and him contacting thru patient portal to get a response. We are still trying to get prior authorization for one of his meds. We wait a week and then try again with no response from the office. It is so frustrating. There isn't a ton of options in the area. If you have serious conditions I would definitely go to Duke or Chapel Hill

  Dr. Pratt is amazing! She was so knowledgeable and thorough. She explained what she was doing when she was doing it. She took her time & did not rush. I have been waiting for a movement specialist for months. Dr. Pratt was definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend Dr. Pratt!
