  I wanna start by praising Anejya at the front desk. She inadvertently solved my issue immediately without me even having to really ask by doing her job properly as soon as I started explaining. I wish all people in her position made it as easy as she does. Thank you Anejya. All of my in person experiences are 5 stars I lowered it due to an appt. mixup that ended up with me being without a critical heart medication. Dr. went on vacation (which everyone that works deserves) but my appt was made a month out and then rescheduled 2 different times claiming the same reason each time. I had no REASON to see the Dr again being it really was a followup and a refill of medication. The last adjustment to my appt was set for 4-20 when the original was for 3-19. Then 3-20, then, 4-20. On 3-20 I realized omw to the Dr that it was scheduled another month away. I immediately called and explained that I was OUT of heart meds and was told they could do nothing. They told me to go to a place that was not accepting new patients equalling me not having my heart meds. I set appts to see multiple Dr for different reasons and I have one tomorrow with a different Dr. I called because if they can't meet my heart med requirements I don't have a need for them at all. I asked about my heart medication and the lady Anejya (she took my call) I spoke with sent the refill to my pharmacy pretty much the second I told her the issue (I was literally still in my long winded explanation). This was an action I requested when I first ran out of my medication being I really had no questions for the Dr. Dr is gone ? Fine, please call in my heart meds. NO is what ended up happening. So I have been without my heart medication for almost a week and just like that Anejya got it fixed. Idk why this happened but my only guess is either laziness or ignorance (I'm not being mean, just not knowing if she can or how to do so) is why this happened. Either way, it comes down to life threatening results. They are all extremely friendly that I have dealt with and seems most of the staff wants to do great! I wonder what would've happened if the worst case scenario would've happened? Thankfully it did not but, it does make me wonder where liability lies. I know that when I go on vacation I make sure that what can't wait for me to get back gets done before I go or there is someone else there that can act on my behalf. That doesn't seem too far of a reach when it revolves around a medication designed to keep you alive. Maybe I'm disgruntled and just angry. Maybe I'm right. Anejya was great and seemed to just genuinely want to help me so thank you to her for that!
