  The staff that make appointments are rude and hang up on people.I wouldn't recommend them at all

  The quality of care from some of the doctors is fine - most of them seem to be at least quasi-competent (although the primary care that's an anti-vaxxer is pretty concerning - yikes). The fact that the front desk staff can't seem to manage a schedule - they forget to book appointments, ask you to wait for hours, and then won't see you when you're a few minutes late; and then are rude and dismissive when you challenge them. Maybe instead of paying your CEO more than 5 million dollars a year, you could consider paying your staff enough to be good at their job.

  Very understanding and caring staff. Never been more pleased with new Hanover physician than I have with them.
