  Just pulled in and a woman cut us off and flipped us the middle finger. I walked in and said thanks for flipping us off to her, she said "you're welcome!" and smiled. I asked the desk worker if the lady worked here. She proceeded I tell me that was a home nurse dropping off specimens. Didn't seem anyone cared. If this home nurse treats a customer this way, how does she treat her patient??? Seriously this needs looked in to!!!

  Had appointment today, AMAZING is all I can say! Was brought back to exam room 5 minutes after arriving, Dr S. Pamfilis came in immediately, was so kind, professional, thorough, put a plan of care into effect with tests and other specialists, couldn't ask for better care from the entire staff. Love Novant

  Arrived 15 minutes early, like I was told so that I could wait 35 minutes in a room for 5 min follow up.
