  My husband and I were very impressed with the whole team at Novant Health Cancer Center. From the minute we walked through the door until we walked out the door, we were met by friendly, big hearted folks. The facility is clean and very nice. It's easy to park and the staff is professional, but, warm and friendly. They make you feel welcome and show concern about your health. When you meet with Dr Nieves you will leave feeling heard and educated about your condition and your options. You have phone numbers and understanding of who to call when and for what. Exceptional service and care are what I received. I'm very impressed with this facility and their staff!! We left feeling like the weight of the world had been lifted off our shoulders. I'm awaiting my surgery right after Thanksgiving and am ecstatic with the speed of this process!! Thank you for hearing me and treating my condition as swiftly as you are Dr Nieves. Until my surgery......
