I had a really positive experience at this kids urgent care. The staff was friendly, patient, and clearly experienced with children, which made a stressful situation a lot easier to handle. From the moment we walked in, the front desk was welcoming and the wait time was reasonable.
The medical team took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure my child felt comfortable the entire visit. I really appreciated how gentle and caring they were-it made a big difference.
The facility was clean, organized, and clearly designed with kids in mind. Overall, I would definitely recommend this urgent care to any parent looking for quick, reliable, and compassionate care for their child.

I absolutely love Kids Street Urgent Care! I feel like they always listen to me about how my child is feeling. Also, Dr. Jennings is hands down the best! We love him

Got an appointment for our 2 year old on a Friday night with 20 minutes. Staff was super helpful with what pharmacy would still be open. Everything was super clean, prompt, and everyone was kind and helpful
The best urgent care experience we’ve ever had. Virtually no wait, easy check in and check out, and wonderful medical team who helped our daughter while we were visiting from out of state. We saw an NP, Thomas Jennings, and he was so patient and kind with our 7 month old. Highly recommend!

We had to make an emergency appointment for my daughter, who had a very high fever. Unfortunately, the online portal was down, so we were unable to schedule the appointment online. After calling several times and following the prompts that said we would receive a “priority text,” we waited about two hours but never received one.
I eventually had to go to the office in person and speak to a representative through a kiosk. It was very difficult to understand what she was saying because the volume was extremely low, which made scheduling the appointment more challenging than it should have been.
I do want to note that the service we received once we were seen was very good. The team members were professional, and the woman I spoke to through the kiosk was also professional and helpful.
However, the online appointment system and the difficulty in contacting the office were extremely frustrating. I ultimately had to go on site just to schedule the appointment because the online portal had been down for several hours. This is not a reflection of the employees, but rather an issue with the company’s systems.
