  Dr. Roche has a wonderful bed side manner. I was very impressed with the time he took with me and his explanation of what was going on with my condition. He is an excellent addition to the practice.!!

  I went for a hearing aid check/update and had a great experience. It is always a pleasure to work with Ivey Glendy. She includes me as a partner in making decisions about my hearing and always makes sure everything is great before I leave.

  Dr. Brinson extracted a difficult ear wax accummulation which was lodged directly against my ear drum in the right ear. He had to soften and remove it via microscope! Dr. Brinson is an outstanding physician who restored my hearing to a much higher level! Thank you!

  Micaela was the best PA I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Very polite, listening, knowledgeable and gentle with endoscope that’s up the nose and to the vocal cords. She replayed the video of what she saw and pointed out where all the issues were. Micaela was able to show and explained the issues very well (backing up my words I have told many doctors in the past that never thoroughly inspected me and gave me a nasal spray as a generic hope to fix the issue) as to why these things happen and gave me serious information and a well written sheet on how to help the situation with the types of food to eat, when to eat and what to avoid. with a She prescribed a well explained treatment and what the medication should do so I can be more aware of what to look for and use that at the follow-up meeting. With her seeing the problem, telling me how to help the issue, I am hopeful that I can avoid surgery. The Front office staff was also outstanding and very strongly to talk to him. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had a doctors office.. Check out the antique hearing horn made of brass that they have hanging from the ceiling )see attached photo and remember the ceiling panels are 2’x2’ for an idea of its size!). You should go just to see that alone and the other collection of antique medical instruments Thank you for an excellent visit experience!

  My visit was for the removal of nasal polyps. I was well briefed on the procedure and what to expect. The procedure went very smoothly. An occasional additional dose of local anesthesia was needed when a spot got "touchy". Better education and preparation in setting post-procedure expectations would have been helpful. In my naiveness, based on my conversations with the staff, I was expecting an in/out procedure; I was told I could drive myself home. Thankfully my wife had accompanied me, as driving would have been difficult as I was dealing with the after-effects of the procedure..
