I finally ask to speak with a manager, he ignores the request, and tells his associate to tell me to cancel on the app. Which doesn’t work. This is theft, and at the worst level of hospitality and customer service. Planet fitness lets you sign up in 10 seconds, doesn’t help you cancel, then steals!
