He is not able to drive and I live out of town, so she opened up outside of traditional hours. Several months later my Dad needed to update his hearing aids. We came to his office to purchase an updated set. When the new set arrived, my Dad was in the hospital. Nick was kind enough to deliver and tune his hearing aids while my Dad was in the hospital.
