He is not able to drive and I live out of town, so she opened up outside of traditional hours. Several months later my Dad needed to update his hearing aids. We came to his office to purchase an updated set. When the new set arrived, my Dad was in the hospital. Nick was kind enough to deliver and tune his hearing aids while my Dad was in the hospital. Today she ran an actual hearing test that revealed so much more than the Las Vegas doctor ever told us. She is continuing to help us to possibly change out the original purchase that is not working for her as well as it should. I cannot thank her enough for being so kind and really looking at all options for my mom's hearing. Definitely recommend this Miracle Ear location!
