Right from the second I spoke to Tracy I was impressed, she was friendly, welcoming, responsive, and extremely helpful. This same professionalism, friendly, welcoming, and responsiveness carried through to Dr. Miles, Joanie and Olivia. When Olivia clean my teeth it was a pleasant experience I was relaxed and at ease. Unlike prior cleanings with other dental hygienist, she didn’t ask me questions or carrying on a conversation which was refreshing. I enjoyed the music that was playing.
