Common decency it may be a better place. I would never come here again because of Roz and the other rude staff members. Plenty of better options

Dr. Gutsin has a unique, highly personal way of interacting and no matter what kind of day I have had, or how I feel, he always puts me at ease. He has a great sense of humor and I always feel, refreshed after my visits. I know he genuinely cares about my well- being. He calmly takes time to listen to my concerns, never leaving me feeling like I am taking too much time. He looks me in the eye when he speaks. He explains things really well, and he is respectful and patient with me when I question things. He is a kind and compassionate man. His entire staff is super warm, friendly, and patient. They make me feel like family or like a visit with friends, which makes visits really delightful and enjoyable. I really appreciate the fabulous care provided and highly recommend Dr. Gutsin and this practice. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Dr, Gutsin and his team are ALWAYS kind and do their very best to accommodate my needs. If I need to be seen, it happens. On several occasions I have called before business hours to leave a message requesting care and was surprised to have Dr. Gutsin answer the phone. He's there early and late. This is not just his practice and we are not just his patients. I'm not sure there are many GPs who still have practices that feel more like family and less like a business, but this is one them. I would rather go to an office where the staff greet me with a smile of familiarity than one where turnover is so great that I'm not sure who I will be seeing. If I have questions about insurance, Magnolia Family Medicine staff take the time to explain things to me and even help me come up with the questions I may need to ask my insurance company. I am so thankful my neighbor recommended Dr. Gutsin to me all those years ago; now I get to recommend him to others!
