Dr. Gutsin genuinely cares so much about his patients and it shows in every detail of the experience. The transcriber offered me a blanket immediately when I entered the exam room because it was a bit chilly and I was dressed for the warmer outdoors. Dr. Gutsin took his time to listen and ask thoughtful questions to help me explore more affordable medication options after I had suffered complications with accessibility in the past. The nurses were amazing and personable. I didn't feel rushed nor dismissed. Everything feels safe, cozy, and nurturing, as it should! For once, I felt comfortable and certain that my doctor and his team were on my team. Amazing. They deserve all the stars and more.

Dr. Gutsin has a unique, highly personal way of interacting and no matter what kind of day I have had, or how I feel, he always puts me at ease. He has a great sense of humor and I always feel, refreshed after my visits. I know he genuinely cares about my well- being. He calmly takes time to listen to my concerns, never leaving me feeling like I am taking too much time. He looks me in the eye when he speaks. He explains things really well, and he is respectful and patient with me when I question things. He is a kind and compassionate man. His entire staff is super warm, friendly, and patient. They make me feel like family or like a visit with friends, which makes visits really delightful and enjoyable. I really appreciate the fabulous care provided and highly recommend Dr. Gutsin and this practice. I would give 10 stars if I could!
