  We had to make an emergency appointment for my daughter, who had a very high fever. Unfortunately, the online portal was down, so we were unable to schedule the appointment online. After calling several times and following the prompts that said we would receive a “priority text,” we waited about two hours but never received one. I eventually had to go to the office in person and speak to a representative through a kiosk. It was very difficult to understand what she was saying because the volume was extremely low, which made scheduling the appointment more challenging than it should have been. I do want to note that the service we received once we were seen was very good. The team members were professional, and the woman I spoke to through the kiosk was also professional and helpful. However, the online appointment system and the difficulty in contacting the office were extremely frustrating. I ultimately had to go on site just to schedule the appointment because the online portal had been down for several hours. This is not a reflection of the employees, but rather an issue with the company’s systems.

  We had a wonderful experience with Mr Jennings. He was very kind and friendly (with my daughter, being extremely shy and cut off from strangers) he did an amazing job explaining to her how to prevent getting sick again and talking to her about her symptoms. Thank you to the team members as well

  Unfortunately did not have the quick experience others reported. Booked/filled out paperwork online, arrived on time, only for my husband to spend over an hour in the waiting area with 2 toddlers, attempting to get the validation code on their check-in kiosk to work. He eventually left without our child being seen, so can't report on the medical aspect of the clinic.

  the worst automated phone system ever, I can get through to get to a live operator. Spend 15 min on the phone for nothing

  This is great place improved a lot at first I really dislike this place but these new doctors I tell you the patience and knowledge they provide and how well he (I wish I knew his name) but I love both of them they even make you laugh through process just to lighten the energy as parents we get so caught up in being worried breath mamas and fathers God got our babies covered let him steer you give it all to him but seriously they go above and beyond
