  I'm a former Walgreens customer who stayed w/Walgreens solely bc their hours of operation allowed for a little bit more flexibility, but after I made the change I realized it's easy to adjust to HT's schedule and very much worth it. The customer service provided by HT's pharmacy staff is LEAPS & BOUNDS above Walgreens (and CVS for that matter) in every way. The pharmacist(s) & techs at HT are actually a PLEASURE to interact with. 😲 Before the switch, I literally spent DAYS dreading & stressing over the process of refilling RXs bc I knew I'd have to deal with the rude, dismissive, condescending employees at Walgreens. Now- when refill time comes back around, there's 🚫 anxiety & 🚫 stress...AND HT costs less. I'd give INFINITE stars if it were possible.

  12/11/25 tonight, dealing with the pharmacist in charge has been a nightmare. I Have a family emergency that I need to leave town for and I’m still stuck in Wilmington trying to fill my prescription. After all day, contacting my doctor, he re-sent My prescription to be filled. After reviewing the dates, he told me that I should have no problem getting it filled, and that he had sent it over. He said that it was only two days early and that they would do it. I contacted The pharmacy and they told me I could not refill it because even though the prescriptions were resent by my doctor, he didn’t put A note specifically stating to fill the prescription and it was six days early. There had been an issue last month with my prescription and insurance didn’t cover it and I had to pay the full amount 11/13/25. On 11/17/25 I went back up to the pharmacy and they had given me a refund. There was confusion on whether I had gotten my prescription refilled or not. I was honest and told them that yes I had already filled prescription, even though they were trying to give me another refill on my medication. It had not been put in the system where I had refilled it the 13th and I was Honest and this is where it got me. Now every time I try to speak to the pharmacist and tell her and explain to her, she won’t listen to me And won’t even look at the digital receipts I have and the prescription text message alerts that were sent to me proving that my Medication was filled the 13th. She said even if it was, she couldn’t do anything about it that on their end it doesn’t show In their system that it was filled 13th in their computer system it’s showing the 17th and it was too bad and there’s nothing that can be done and I’m just going to have to wait. Even though I have everything to prove and back up that I refilled my prescription for 13th I even brought my prescription bottle with the dates and dispense date and was told the dates don’t matter and meant nothing? she just wanted to make smart comments and argue, and not even look at the information. So their mistake has cost me valuable Time and is keeping me away from my family During a crisis And nobody cares. I should’ve just took the extra prescription They were trying to give me last month but this is what being honest and doing the right thing nowadays gets you. Now my doctors office is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday so I can’t even contact my doctor if I wanted to. Only reason I’m leaving two stars is because other people in the past have actually been very nice, but this lady was awful. On my way from the pharmacy I got terrible news about my family member and I wasn’t there. I was crying and in tears and ended up in a collision and my car is not drivable to go see my family. All of this is their fault for simply not entering the correct dates and refusing to see the facts in front of them.
