However, I’m not sure if they are short staffed or it’s just because I come so often but tonight was at least the 6th time I’ve come and they have been closed during “business” hours. Sometimes they’re completely closed early, sometimes they close for 20 mins. I witnessed them lose 5 customers simply because they were closed when they should be open. Not good business practices.
