  Dr Escarvage was very help and knowledgeable. She was very punctual. However I spent too much time spent on hold to schedule. Self scheduling maybe would be helpful .

  Dr. Connett is very thorough in her examination of my skin. She is professional and knowledgeable. She is also patient and is willing to address any questions and concerns I have. She is a wonderful dermatologist!

  Dr Vanelli and his able assistant were great. I especially liked how well Dr. Vanelli searched through the hair on my scalp during the full body exam. He was very thorough.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. It's not about the doctor I was seeing. He was the best thing about the place. Even though he barely looked old enough to be a doctor, he was always thorough & professional. However, I cannot say the same for his nursing/office staff. Let me start by saying that there's a sign in the window that says: "Payment Due at Time of Service." Every time I went there I would ask them about payment & they would tell me there's no charge today. Then I might get a bill in the mail a few weeks, sometimes months, later. Of course, I eventually ended up getting sent to collections for $70. What a joke! However, this review is being written because of the way I was treated regarding my medication. After being a patient for at least two years, & being in the Abbvie Assist Program before coming there, it's like the staff forgot how these programs work. For over 2 months I argued with Hannah, via phone & portal messages, about needing her to fax my prescription to the 1-800 number of Abbvie's Specialty Pharmacy. The one time I actually talked to her on the phone, she told me their old Specialty Pharmacy went out of business & Senderra was their new one. She asked me very condescendingly if I understood. I explained to her I get the drugs directly through the pharmaceutical company & I didn't need her Specialty Pharmacy. She completely ignored me. Abbvie even faxed several requests (starting as early as September) to the office for the prescription. She NEVER faxed it to them. I eventually had to block Senderra because they wouldn't STOP calling me, trying to get me to fill a $7k+ prescription (through them) that I get from Abbvie for free. I've been off my meds now for at least a month & a half because Hannah can't (or won't) follow directions. It's because of this gross incompetence that I will not be returning, nor referring, this office to anyone ever.
