  A terrific experience, for a skin check. Everyone needs to do them, they can be life saving. As a redhead with light skin, I have had several scares with Basel cells,. I have had Melanoma, two surgeries to recover. I know my way around the Derm field! I recently moved to Wilmington and a friend recommended Bradley. He and his team are amazing! I felt heard, seen, listened to and felt very comfortable. In between the laughter, Bradley is extremely thorough. Lucky to have found my new Dermatologist.

  Supposed to be seen again in 6 months, however when booking appt I was informed she is booked out 7-8 months already. That is not good for a dermatologist, especially in cases where you need to get in right away!! Also, docs should be reminded to go over a person’s chart and review their patient’s meds. Especially since you send out something reminding patients to bring a list in of all meds they are currently taking.

  Dr Edwards is wonderful! She is thorough in her examinations and always so warm and pleasant. I love that anything needing treatment is done right then and there without having to schedule additional appointments. I have been seeing her for almost twenty years and would not go to anyone else!

  Dr. Edwards is an extraordinary physician. She is so thorough and knowledgeable and teaches me something valuable about my skin care at every visit. She is also very kind and personable and never appears rushed, which is especially impressive considering how quickly and close to my scheduled appointment time I am always seen. I highly recommend this practice. It is worth noting that while I’ve been seeing Dr. Edwards for several years, I’ve seen other doctors at this practice as well, and I’ve had a positive experience with every doctor at Dermatology Associates.

  Update: spoke to office manager and she was very apologetic. I did appreciate her understanding and apology but I still won’t be returning since it is such a long drive. I have been a patient here for years. Loved Dr Shaffer. Drove from North Myrtle Beach, SC to see her (90 minute drive). Got switched to Escaravage after Shaffer left. Never really liked her but continued to come here just since I was established. Showed up today for my appt that I thought was a certain time… even sat in the parking lot killing time for it. Walked up to counter at 24 mins after my actual appt time. They wouldn’t see me bc “they have somewhere to be in a few minutes”. It was over 30 minutes before they closed. I said calmly and politely “well I know I somehow got the time mixed up but if I leave I’m not rescheduling and I’m never coming back here bc I just drove from NMB, SC”. The receptionist just says “okay”. All I was here for was an annual skin check… no surgery, no removal of anything. Just look my skin over.
