The highly professional staff, after performing an extensive hearing test, will guide you through the process of finding the perfect hearing device to fit your needs. Their follow-up services also provide cleaning of your devices as needed and supplying you with the replaceable filters made especially for your new hearing aids. Not only that, you will be invited back on a yearly basis, for as long as you own your equipment to make sure your settings are still as they should be. They are worthy of more than five stars! We bought hearing aids for my wife and I inquired about an adjustment to my VA issued hearing aids. Clarity was a huge problem. Cassie conducted a hearing test then adjusted my hearing aids...she nailed it! The clarity was there, it just needed someone with the skill level to bring it out.
