This was my first visit, and unfortunately it felt very overwhelming. I felt that the nursing staff was rushed and inattentive; one nurse had an airpod in one ear, which made me feel like I was a bother rather than a patient needing care. The doctor was kind, but I didn’t feel my results were explained clearly and the appointment felt rushed, especially given how sensitive and life-changing allergy information can be.
Learning about allergic reactions involves many changes moving forward, and I felt discouraged from asking questions. I deeply respect medical professionals and know how demanding their work is, but this experience was emotionally difficult for me. I cried after leaving because it felt like so much information delivered too quickly, without enough support.
I arrived early for my 9:30 appointment (at 9:15) and understand testing takes time, but I waited about 45 minutes after testing to review results and was there until 12. I only had 10 minutes to review my results because I was then rushed trying to pick up my son from preschool. I wish I had been told ahead of time that this appointment could take several hours if that’s typical.
Very good center, all the personal is friendly and kind. They know how to take care for the one you love. My only thing will be they need an app where we can see the summary after visits or any additional information.

Excellent staff and office experience
I appreciated the friendliness and knowledge of the doctor and the nurse who got me ready for the visit. Dr. Tyson was very thorough evaluating my allergies and making sure my medicines were up-to-date She made a few prescription adjustments where we could reduce what I need to take. I’m very comfortable with Dr. Tyson and the whole staff for my medical care.

Great staff always willing to help. This goes for the front desk, clinical and my Dr Meyers. I’ve been going regularly for 8 years and their office is always well staffed and friendly. 5/5 stars.
