- JCJulia CampbellMar 12, 20261.0DO NOT sign up for a club pass here - the terms are terrible, if you aren't happy and want to cancel they make you pay an additional month after the fact (~270 + late fees). I told them the classes were not effective or consistent - many advertised as "Cardio" and I didn't even break a sweat. Rather than practice good customer service and let me leave my contract, they insisted I pay an additional month and utilize the classes there - why would you want someone to come back that has expressed how disappointed they are? You are better off doing a class pass and using their studio as needed but do your research on the instructors first.

- DRDaniella ReinaNov 5, 20253.0Sing up during the promotion where the studio was going to open, I was on an unlimited plan and had so much excitement to return to Pilates. Sadly, the studio didn’t meet the expectations, I brought my concerns multiple times to the manager and rate the class hoping something would change but nothing changes. Class were a hit or a miss. I truly enjoyed two trainers which were pretty challenging sadly they didn’t teach the time I was available, and paying my membership for one class a week was not worthy. The class type is really dependent of the teacher, and in some classes there was no difference between 1 and 1.5 levels.
