Carrie, the receptionist is charming and a pleasure to deal with. The full time Audiologist, Kate Carter, is very experienced with their product offerings. Kate was able to adult the performance of my phonic hearing aids to a level I haven’t experienced over my two years of owning them.

Never satisfied. I am now using the Phonak Sphere 90. Wow just wow! I am now hearing things that I was not aware that I was not hearing. As of this post I could not be more satified. The best part of this experience? I no longer have Silent Gas!
