  I LOVE Pure Barre Waxhaw! It's an amazing, full-body workout. Four different workout formats are offered, so you never get bored. Want cardio? Try Empower. Want gentle stretching? Come to Align. Interested in lifting heavier weights? That's Define. And of course there's Classic, which hits every muscle in the body with smaller, controlled movements. But the BEST part of PB Waxhaw is the AMAZING staff and the kind, accepting community of fellow clients. I've been there since it opened and I'm so happy there.

  I love pure barre for the sense of community. The instructors are so incredibly helpful and available. There are women of all ages and fitness levels in the classes. Everyone is kind, polite and supportive. Even after being a regular member for over a year I am still finding the classes challenging and I am seeing the results.

  Nothing has been better for my brain health than committing to Pure Barre Waxhaw being part of my weekly routine. I feel like a boost of energy, connection and community when I walk in the door!
