  Dr. Butler and her staff continue to give and show respect and concern for patient care. It always feels like a one-on-one experience. Dr. Butler answered not only my questions but those of my adolescent girls. I truly appreciate the appointments catered to multiple children. Even with both of my daughters being seen she ensures each child receives adequate time and care while maintaining their privacy as an individual. She went as far as to print helpful strengthening exercises while making much-needed referrals. I am amazed at how much she gets done in the time frame with ease. My girls feel confident and safe sharing information about their bodies and other teenage events. It's a blessing that my girls love coming to Dr. Butler and I never have to reward or strong-arm them; they just love seeing Dr. Butler. As my children would say "low key" they feel that Dr. Butler is their doctor having only them as patients. Her CMA only being with her for 8 months showed the same positive energy even with an evening appointment. Neither showed signs of frustration or just working through the motion vibe. It feels good knowing that your doctor does her job with love and care. Hence the reason my girls will remain with Dr. Butler for as long as she has them; especially since she had them since birth. I truly account my last child's medical success to Dr. Butler; she worked tirelessly with our family. My child to say the least was allergic to everything I was about to think she was allergic to herself. Through a mountain slide of pediatric referrals and a persistent Dr. Butler, I was given the medical tools to keep my child healthy and happy. It was no easy task but Dr. Butler was there every step of the way. I would be remiss without adding her quest with getting Glaxo-Smith to sponsor my child's milk Elecare. During her precious beginning months, she tried all milk-based formulas until Dr. Butler researched and gave us Elecare. However, the excitement was short-lived when met with cost per can. Determine as always Dr. Butler swung into gear and requested that I complete the sponsorship program. Just like that months later, my child was approved. For that I am grateful and I will continue to share and refer others to the Waxhaw practice because of Dr. Butler and her amazing staff even the receptionist who has been a trooper years ago when I transferred with Dr. Butler. Great team of medical professionals Let's keep Dr. Butler happy at Novant so we can have years of medical expertise and love for the personal touch in medicine. Dr. Susan Duncan-Butler you ROCK!   We love everyone here. The front office is always so pleasant even when I’m not. Dr. Queen has been seeing my kids since they were born, we love her to pieces!

  Great practice. My kids see Dr. Queen, and she is the best pediatrician they have had. The assistant and office staff are great also.
