I go for more Pilates style classes normally, and I really appreciate the warm Pilates classes that are offered. The movements feel so great for my body and the room gets really warm, as it should. The 2 instructors I've had were both easy to understand and created a great atmosphere. Looking forward to my visits in the future when I'm in the area!

I was a bit intimidated, since I am new to yoga. But I felt instantly supported & at home. Betsy was my instructor & I couldn’t have asked for a better one…she is awesome! She made sure to check in with me during class & also after, making sure to answer any questions & encourage me with kindness & motivation. I can’t wait for my next class!
