    Great studio and people! Steph is my favorite instructor. She is such a light to anyone that meets her and I leave there feeling so refreshed. By far the best work out I’ve done!

    Beautiful studio. Great workouts. Wide selection of trainers with different styles. By far the best work out place (personally for me)! Full body workout, cardio, and stretch with fun music. Makes me feel happy and energized. Fantastic Barre community.
