  I’ve endured two total knee replacements and 1 total hip replacement due to chronic arthritis. I was unstable walking, could not get on my knees, stand up from a seated position with aid or get up from the floor if I fell. After 8 weeks of Pilates working with Susan, Jessica and others, I have more strength in my legs, core and have stability. I can feel my body toning and I feel better about myself. My confidence is back. I still have a long way to go but I’ll get there. Joining has been a great decision and investment. Thanks to the wonderful team at Waxhaw Club Pilates.

  I attended an Intro class tonight with Susan and was instantly hooked. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the studios are well equipped and offer great atmosphere. It was an easy decision to join.

  I really enjoy the classes and the overall atmosphere of the club. The instructors are great, and when everything is running smoothly, it’s a wonderful place to be. However, when it comes to billing and resolving issues, my experience was very disappointing. I placed my membership on hold right after a billing cycle, which was handled without issue. When I returned, I was told I had a credit, but I was still charged for that month. Shortly after, I had to cancel my membership due to needing to care for my elderly parents out of state while on FMLA. Because of the required 30-day notice, I asked if I could apply my existing credit toward that final month since I wouldn’t be able to use the membership. Instead, I was told they could only offer me an additional free month—which doesn’t help since I am now 3,000 miles away and unable to use it. In the end, I paid for multiple months without being able to use the membership at all. I was willing to work with the credit they acknowledged, but being charged for extra time I couldn’t use feels very frustrating I am very disappointed with their service. I will not come back

  I truly enjoy classes at Club Pilates in Waxhaw. The studio is beautiful and the instructors are great. They take care that you get the best benefit of the exercises and understand that students may have injuries, and help find a way to get the best and safe experience regardless. Thank you for providing a great Pilates experience!

  Love club pilates. Staff is extremely friendly and environment is great, no matter how tired or stressed I am , I walk out there as a new human every time thanks to this amazing Pilates community. Thank you ❤️
