I brought a family member in and truly cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. From the moment we walked in, everything was smooth, organized, and welcoming.
Natasha at the front set the tone right away — kind, efficient, and on top of everything. Alexa was incredible throughout the visit, attentive, thorough, and made sure nothing was missed. And provider Aikhanh was outstanding — knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making us feel rushed.
From start to finish, the level of care, communication, and professionalism was exactly what you hope for but don’t always get. This is how urgent care should be done.
Highly recommend — we will absolutely be back if needed.

The staff was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable when I took my son for a visit. He received a shot in the leg and said he didn’t even feel. Natasha and the rest of the staff where great!

We encountered 4 staff members. They have all been very pleasant to work with. The civil surgeon was very helpful, the nurse was really nice and the gentleman and the lady, I believe her name is Clara, at the reception desk were super kind and went above and beyond trying to help us with our complex case. They were responsive over the phone and communicated everything in a timely way. A non pleasant situation was made easier thanks to all the staff. Id recommend anyone to go there if they are in need of afc urgent care services.

Absolutely horrendous service. My child (4 y/o) who has profound autism was taken in due to having stomach issues. They refused to even check my son. He was dysregulated due to the discomfort. They did not check his stomach, did not listen to HR or anything.
My wife (who took him) and was upset when they billed insurance (as we had to take him to the actual ER to be checked out) called and stated she was not happy and if we should not receive a bill and she will go there to dispute it if we do.
Apparently, disputing a bill was a threat to burn the place down and the police showed up to our home. Nothing remotely close to this was stated.
So not only did they provide terrible service for my child last week - they now created false narrative in order to "trespass" my wife to prevent her from going back. Trust me we would never go back to receive service anyway. The money isn't even the concern as one hour of his therapies that he receives 30+ hours a week of costs more.. The issue lies within being billed for care he did not receive.
