  Ms. Dong is a wonderful and compassionate audiologist. She took wonderful care of my 89 year old wife. I highly recommend her and Audio Nova.

  Dr. Dong Was very comprehensive and knowledgeable in her field. She helped me understand, tinnitus and tested my hearing. Shegave me options for My problems and was not focused on selling hearing aids.

  I went to the Washington NC AudioNova location to get a hearing test, Real Ear Measurement, and then do a 45 day trial for the Phonak Infinio Sphere hearing aids. My husband and I were greeted by Zoe, who was professional, friendly and made me feel immediately at ease. I saw Lixue Dong who used all the "best practices" for audiology and put my needs as a priority. She listened patiently, did a "crowd test" in the office to make sure my trial aids were set appropriately. I had to back multiple times for my personal fine tuning (everybody's ears are different!) and each time was a wonderful experience. In all my 13 years of wearing hearing aids, this was the best I've ever had. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lixue Dong and Zoe at the Washington Office!!
