Billing department is bad. If your self pay or have insurance they charge you twice and wont remove unless ucall them multiple times. I paid in full and still getting emails about balance and just got a letter in the mail yesterday. Ridiculous. What I’m really most mad about is they charged me about $170 when I was trying to get new inserts that I could’ve just called and ordered but no one told me so i made an appointment instead came in for about 5 mins minutes they charged me about 170$. They already had the old casting no need for me to even come in. Bad communication and place that seems like a scam

Dr. Hodos is phenomenal!! He is so kind, caring and was invested in my best interest. We ended up having to do surgery, and Dr. Hodos walked me through all the possible scenarios. I truly appreciate him and his nurse! Also, I’d like to acknowledge the surgery coordinator. She is absolutely fabulous as she worked diligently to get me in as I was on a short time frame to get the surgery done. I would highly recommend Dr. Hodos! Thank you, team!

Dr. Judge rejected my belief that I had painful plantar fasciitis again. As he was looking at my feet, he became emotional and frustrated for reasons he never clarified. I had chemotherapy a few years ago and my feet were affected visibly. As I was explaining things to him, he threw his hands up in the air and said "oh great"! He seemed so mad or irritated with me and said..."Look, you just have really bad feet"! Wow! This came out of the mouth of a clinician??? So, then I had to ask him what does that mean? He replied...."Look at the difference in your feet and pointed to healthy areas of one foot and then to the other without any clinical or diagnostic information. He left abruptly about 2 times and I had to ask the assistant to ask him to come back to explain what he saw in my X-rays which he previously dismissed earlier as nothing worrisome. Again, he could never be bothered to educate me as all other doctors take the time to do during a visit. I found another podiatrist who validated me and treated me with dignity and real concern. I'm totally pain free now thanks to Dr. Brower at Instride Foot and Ankle in WF.

Billing nightmare that took 18 months and government intervention to resolve:
Medical care was good. Billing was a nightmare.
The office billed my insurance using incorrect out-of-network codes despite being in-network, creating an inflated balance. I made multiple phone calls, sent portal messages, mailed a certified letter, and finally filed a grievance with my insurer. My insurance confirmed the error and issued a corrected EOB. The billing office ignored everything, refused to update their system, and sent the amount to a debt collector. The one time they answered the phone they told me to just pay the debt collector.
I filed complaints with both the North Carolina Department of Justice and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. The provider never responded to NCDOJ's official inquiry. I only found out the debt was recalled because CFPB contacted the debt collector. No one from the office ever contacted me to acknowledge the error or to pay the correct amount.
Save yourself the headache. You can get the same care and clearer billing practices elsewhere.

Just went for our first visit to this office and we will not be returning. Saw Dr Judge whose only concern seems to be if this visit was going to be covered. No bedside manner towards my daughter with a disability or to me her mom. He gave no feedback on how to prevent these foot issues from ever happening again. Nor did he address the issues of the other foot that was also in the referral notes from primary Dr. My daughter’s foot was stinging (and causing pain which is why we were visiting the dr.) and it wasn’t a concern of his at all. His assistant had to come in to answer questions and had to go ask another colleague questions instead of Dr Judge.
