  I absolutely love this practice, it’s easy to get an appointment - easy to get someone on the phone - the staff is kind and helpful and Doctor Gamelin is the best!! She listens to you, explains everything thoroughly and truly cares about your health!

  Long-time patient. I have Justin Strickland who’s a great provider. But unfortunately Novant is just absolutely terrible. Constantly running out of prescriptions because they refuse to automatically refill them. Even requests for emergency refills just get ignored. They’re leaving me with no choice but to drop them as a provider.

  When you send them your insurance MAKE sure to call and make them update it. They do not keep your medications nor insurance updated. You may message them multiple times call etc and they don’t call back nor reply or update anything you’ve asked them to. Once you go to your appointment you had thought was covered then they let you know you owe them $150+ dollars when they did not update my insurance when they had over a week to get it in the system HORRIBLE SERVICE. my doctor was great but the office portion of this business is horrible.
