  Dr. Faison is an amazing doctor. However, the practice is consistently inefficient. The wait times to be seen are very long, at any time of the day (morning, noon, afternoon). I would advise not being in a hurry around your appointment time because you’re going to have to wait a least 30 minutes - 1 hour. It’s mandatory to show both your ID and insurance card EVERY visit. I never look forward to bringing my kids here for any reason. :(

  Everytime I would try and call to schedule a wellness appointment for my daughter, either no one would answer or it would go to a busy signal. Then when I FINALLY get someone on the line after many attempts, the woman at the front desk tells me they’re all booked up until next year and didn’t have one care in the world for anything I had to say. All she said was “ok”. What a joke!!!!! My daughter’s actual doctor is amazing but whomever the new woman is they got at the front needs better customer service skills.

  This is by far the most inefficient pediatrician’s office I’ve ever encountered. If you need to bring your child here, expect to spend up to three hours there. Typically, it’s about an hour waiting in the lobby after check-in, followed another 2 hours between triage and actually seeing the doctor. During this time, staff appear more focused on chatting and joking among themselves than on patient care. While the doctor is excellent, the excessive wait time makes this office impractical for parents who need to leave work early or come during a lunch break. This is simply unacceptable

  I love the staff here everyone is so friendly and kind and understanding I wouldn’t want my kids in any other care here dr Alston make you feel heard and apart of your child care and I love it

  This particular Kidzcare location is amazing. My son has been going to Kidzcare in a different location but we just moved here. We’ve been here twice and both times the young lady at the front desk was polite and friendly and our nurse, Jay was amazing with my son. Very outgoing and vibrant and her energy is contagious (in a good way)! Dr. Faison is also really nice and easy-going. Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions at both visits. Not to mention this location got me in for a same-day sick visit and when I was running 10 minutes behind, they were very understanding and still saw us. I would recommend them to anyone.
