- ACAimee ColvinFeb 3, 20265.0Classes are fun but challenging and the 50 minutes goes by fairly quickly because the pace of the class is good. Several offerings for various classes throughout the day so class availability is good. Staff is very nice and recommended anyone give it a try. There are all age groups within a class and you can go at your own speed.

Every instructor is incredibly kind, welcoming, and motivating, and the overall vibe is so positive and supportive. The studio is always clean and well cared for, and the location is super convenient with plenty of parking. It’s a workout I actually enjoy and look forward to each week!!
