The employees are friendly and overall its not terrible Its always been fine, but has really gone downhill in the last year. Locker rooms / bathrooms are regularly not clean. Dirt, etc on the floors and benches. I can only assume they push a broom through them real quick and havent actually mopped in ages. A lot of the things like that I just deal with because its PF. Its cheap and you don't expect perfection. My real gripe is that this location recently added more strength training equipment and as a result cut the amount of treadmills seemingly in half. You are typically waiting for a treadmill at busy times now. It seems like they would have been better off removing ellipticals as they are hardly used at all. If I could give them 2.5 stars I would. 3 seems high.
