The doctors and nurses here are always so quick and supportive! They have taken such great care of my siblings when they get sick, and we always come back for their urgent care :)

Terrible service and communication ….waited 2 hours for my son to be seen and no one ever came to call us back. Spent a hour of that trying to work the kiosk that doesn’t work. Talked to like 5 different reps and one stated reason I wasn’t called back because I needed to pay. There was only 2 options to choose cash or card. I anticipated to pay with card but the kiosk was not working so I had to click pay cash to get the check in to go through. The message said when I go back I will pay with rep. So to say waiting on me to pay made no sense since no one came to get us in waiting room. There was literally no one in the exam room or in front of us, so the wait was ridiculous. Over time we just decided to leave and go to another urgent care. Super furious of the experience that they presented to me and my family.

We were seen right away, which was such a relief. Ms. Caroline and the nurse were absolutely amazing—they took wonderful care of my little one and made us feel comfortable throughout the visit. If we ever need urgent care again, we will definitely be coming back here.
The facility was very clean, the kiosk was simple and user-friendly, and there was no wait at all. In fact, we were called back even before our reserved time, which was impressive.
The only downside was having to complete all of the registration information on my phone. I would have preferred speaking with someone directly and handing over my insurance card instead of taking a photo and uploading it. Overall, though, it was a great experience.

If your child has a serious medical condition, stay away. My son was born with kidney issues and requires immediate, specific antibiotic treatment for UTIs. We provided a urine sample—which took my son two hours to produce due to extreme pain—on Friday the 20th. It is now Tuesday the 24th, and we have received zero communication.
I have called daily, sent portal messages, and even had our pediatrician reach out. They have ignored every single attempt. To make matters worse, they charged me for an antibiotic that is ineffective for his condition while they sit on the culture results that would actually help him. This isn't just poor service; it is medical neglect. Please, take your children elsewhere.
Truly unbelievable and heartbreaking.

The check in process and all the staff were very kind, we got here first thing in the morning with no wait time and they took great care of my son, so I’m most appreciative.
However, in all honesty, I’m not sure I would return due to the poor conditions of the waiting room. It was surprising considering the clinic was empty of patients. Dirty tissues and partially used water bottles in different locations. They offered free beverages but the counters were dirty with coffee stains. If you want to provide a waiting area that has the amenities you also gave to have processes for keeping the areas clean. They have a kids play area but when you step in it makes you want to keep the kids away!
