- GSGlobe SpySep 5, 20254.0I think that there's been a lot of very negative reviews of this place, seemingly focused on a couple of staff members. Here me out on this, it's gonna sound 'backwards'. I've dealt with the two women who seem to get bad reviews, and knowing this, I consciously chose to approach them with kindness and respect. I saw their initial 'defensive' energy, they looked tired and unhappy. Most of us can relate to that in our jobs right? Customer service is a brutal job, because people in general are not nice, so imagine years of that coming at you, day after day. I'm not 'kumbaya' here - but you often receive back what you put out, and sometimes you have to work through that 'habitual' initial interaction with people to see just how quickly you uncover the human being underneath all that facade. Just be kind no matter what, and see how the people you meet change when your just nice - not 'passive aggressive with a nice tone'. How you say things is as important as what you say.
