- SHShante HenryMay 29, 20211.0There had never been a time in which I had a bad experience at HT Pharmacy. I was just discharged from the hospital. I arrived at HT late (4.45pm). I specifically stated to the pharmacist I can pick these prescriptions up in the morning is there any way you can give me the cost. The look and the attitude was gross; the pharmacist stated I can't do these today well I already knew that! Obviously her face was messed up and she didn't hear me.... I repeated -- I can pick them up tomorrow. I was so disgusted by her attitude I told her never mind I'll bring them back. If anybody has to eal with all that attitude ater coming out the hospital near death is ridiculous... I would rather go somewhere else than to stress with the lady with no customer service skills. It's a shame because the other 2 people who are normally there are so nice and so helpful they go above and beyond I needed this medication so badd so so badd I was supposed to start today but I couldn't get there fast enough. If I ever see her standing at the counter I will turn around and go back home!!! If who is Karen was a person!
