  Drs were GREAT. Got us in super quick and were soooo nice and took very good care of us.

  Be very careful if you go here. Document everything. Keep your paperwork. Ask questions. Take photos when appropriate. Make sure you know exactly what is being documented before you leave. You may feel like none of it matters, but having your own record is the only thing you can rely on. When something feels wrong, do not assume the system will protect you!!

  They forced us to have him airlifted to another hospital not because it was medically needed emergency. He was because they didn't have any ambulances available. Thats what they told us. They started to back track after that claiming he qualified for airlift. He might have qualified for air lift but he was stable and fine. They refused to let us take him. They told us if we didn't accept it they would called CPS on us then forced me to sign a paper okaying him to fly when I wasn't okay with it. Nor could any parent ride with him. Then proceeded to place a cop outside our room. I asked for a form okaying the risk instead or us to take him and they said no. Bunch of bull crap. We do no have money for this bill and they didn't care. It would have been a totally different situation if they came and said he's got to go now it's emergency NOT sorry no ambulances.

  Never again. My daughter had very serious surgery. The ICU team was outstanding but the 3rd floor med/surgery was l like the club at night. There are very sick people on this floor who are trying to get better. There is no way on Earth I would ever leave my loved one here alone. Ever.

  If you need breast healthcare I highly recommend this place. The staff do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and heard. When my first mammogram ended in a biopsy. I was so nervous. They explained everything and walked me completely through the procedure before and during. I felt like I was special not just another day at work.
