  My mom is currently in the behavioral health now as I speak. She is in there voluntarily. But she is severely depressed she has told multiple people while she is in there that if she could get her hands on a pile of pills she would take them and end it. And nobody has done anything they have not changed her to involuntarily and they are not listening to her. I lost my father the same way due to depression he took his own life in 2007 so we take these things very seriously in my home. I have tried to reach out to my mother's nurse via phone because I live in Sneads Ferry which is a 3-hour drive from Thomasville. And I keep getting the runaround the nurses are not answering the phones and I can never seem to get a social worker on the phone as well. And they are speaking of discharging her in a day or two. My mother has been in and out of psychiatric facilities for suicidal tendencies for months now. This is why people don't reach out when they have a hard time with depression or suicidal thoughts because when you do they don't take you serious and they treat you like you're stupid.

  Dr Ismail is the absolute best. He understands, he asks questions and he will tell you what he thinks and is always so supportive and helpful and really like a father figure. I met him in 2021 and now it's 2024. He is the absolute best and I thank him so so much for guiding me through this journey.

  I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Varghese. She listens carefully to my concerns and explains her treatment options in an understandable manner. She is compassionate and makes me feel that she really cares.
