  I'm giving it two stars because of the information below. If I had to rate just the doctor I would give her five stars.⭐⭐⭐⭐🌤 I've been on hold for almost 45 minutes. I even called the Lexington office and was on hold for 30 minutes till I just gave up !!! SMH They finally answered the phone and they told me they were having computer problems so she had to reboot the system but I would think if no phone calls are coming in or something you would notice it right away I am so not impressed with this and it's not the first time this has happened !!! I'm so mad right now !!! As for Lori she is a amazing !!! She's very nice, she's very knowledgeable, she pays attention to all the details and she jumps on everything that needs to be done immediately. I don't know why so many people complained in the past maybe it was a different doctor. If you want to see a great doctor this is the person you need to go see. You definitely will not regret it and you will not find another doctor as good as her. I even drive 1 hour to see her because she's so good.

  One of my family members had THE WORST experience there. They are extremely disrespectful. We wish we would have seen all these reviews earlier!!

  I hate this pain management clinic. They don't care if their patients are in alot of pain . I will not go back there ever again!!!

  The only reason I'm giving them two stars is because of the kindness of the nurse we had. Otherwise, they treated my grandmother like a drug addict who needed to be monitored constantly. I must note, my grandmother barely takes the pain pills prescribed to her. If I see her taking one, I know that she is in extreme pain and really needs it. Not once had she ever abused her medication. It is also worth noting that they wanted her to come in for spontaneous drug tests. Due to my grandmother's condition, she is not always able to get out of bed. Yet, they told her if they called, she would have to come in that day, no matter how she felt. All in all, it was a ridiculous experience and we will not be going back. My grandmother was so upset with how she was made to feel.
