  I’ve been a patient of this orthopedic doctors office for five years. As I’ve gotten older, the body is wearing down and in need of some help. The staff are amazing. They go out of their way to make sure that you were OK and that you have everything you Procedure before and after. The doctors are compassionate and they always make me feel like I understand what is going on and what’s gonna happen when they fix it. I will always go back.

  I have seen and been a patient of this Novant Health Orthopedic. I’ve also had 2 surgeries and I have been taken care of incredibly well. The staff and doctors always show compassion with how I am feeling and go out of their way to support my needs. I will always go back when in need of orthopedic care.

  Horrible customer service up front, they’ll do anything they can to deny you being seen-even when you show up an hour before closing and there’s no one in the waiting room at all. Go to the other branches, like Lexington or Winston where you’re actually treated like a person.

  Never been but have an appointment soon but this is ridiculous trying to get intouch with some insane don't know y they cant pick up like other places its like calling a 1800 number

  If I could give no stars I would. Three different occasions my 8 yr old had a 345 appointment time. Not once was he seen before 530pm. Why make an appointment if it cant be kept? The management of this office is horrendous. If I was 1 hr and 45 minutes late to all of my appointments I wouldn't have any customers. Just plain disrespectful of others time.
