No one in lobby, tablet to sign in. I saw the same staff person enter the lobby twice. Some difficulty in getting their attention and she didn't seem to be wanting to help, though did. Wife signed up with flip phone, witch only receives SMS messages. Lost code written down. Unable to check in at given appointment time and was told to sign in again, which mentioned another delay in being seen. Already waited two hours from the first sign in. We were told that that she must start over. We walked out after learning she wasn't in the system, despite her name and phone number displayed on the large monitor. We have no intention of returning.

I was seen Monday for bronchitis and started a Prednisone dose pack. I have been out of work all week. I went today to get cleared today, and the same NP saw me that had seen me Monday. Acted like she could care less about anything. My Flu test was positive today. She originally gave me a note to be out of work til Wednesday. She said she could not give me a note for Wednesday, Thursday or Friday because I should have gone back to see her Wednesday, all though I tested positive for the Flu today. This will be my last visit to MainStreet Urgent Care.

Great service.
Computer check in needs improvement or a person to greet.

Even though you rest her on a little kiosk and put all your information in, I really didn’t have to wait very long afterwards because they were not that busy thank goodness and went right in gave him the sample for a UTI check and then the doctors come in and we talk about it and she was very nice and the nurse was very nice also and I was in and out in like an hour so if I need anything again, I will definitely go back to them

Now I never ever will come back here I want to know who gave them 4 stars because first of all, I came to be seen for a headache and also a low grade fever and a little nausea and I also asked about iron in which that’s is what the girl told the doctor that’s what I was here for. Now rind you I had to pay 75 to diagnose myself the doctor kept forgetting what I told her she asked me the same questions over again and pretend to check my ears nose throat back and chest . Mean like come on now I paid 75 for nothing . I wan 75 back because they did this mess the last time gave me meds and then called to tell me to stop taking it because I did not a UTI oh I’m reporting them . It’s sad oh I forgot she didn’t test me for COVID or the flu
