My mother had urinary issues. Got there about 30-45 minutes early early. Had to wait until 15 minutes after appointment time.
The guy who took us to the back asked her why she was there. She said she might have a bladder infection. The guy then left us for another 15 minutes in a room.
She had been holding her pee for over an hour at that point. She said she would go to the ER next time.

It was different to say the least.pay before you see the doctor sign in by a machine. Pay with a credit card $40.00 or pay cash of $90.00 ? What the heck is that all about. Dr Matthew Long my wife said was very nice good manners and very professional and knows his stuff. His assistant well that guy needs some couching or maybe needs to be retrained. Other than that it was a great experience. Darlene.

All staff was very knowledgeable, professional and reviewed all symptoms and treated accordingly -5 stars! Communication as to what tests were being done could have been handled by telling me step by step. Waited in exam room without knowing what was being ordered (CXR) and I asked what was taking so long. Check in process was a bit cumbersome and hard to determine actual appointment time. Overall positive.

First, Personally it’ll take a bit to adjust to the digital interface such as the kiosk, and the difficulty in trying to talk to a human about costs before I arrived. In the end, just my two cents.
The staff, in a word: excellent
They were very professional, attentive and considerate which I appreciated.
The cost, very reasonable. Less than an office visit to the average Dr’s office. If your curious $149 as of 4/19/26.
Thank y’all, I appreciate you immensely!

The staff is so friendly and they actually listen to you! This is the first urgent care I’ve been to that doesn’t automatically assume I’m pregnant when I come in complaining of a fever, body aches, swollen tonsils, etc. It should be standard to not automatically assume every female patient that has a fever is pregnant but sadly it tends to happen a-lot, so shout out to the staff for actually listening to their patients and an extra shout out to the curly haired nurse I had last time I went in she was amazing!!
