I scheduled for an 8:44am appointment. No code was sent to me. I arrive at 8:24 am. They have a kiosk check in. I had no code so I texted Code, no answer. I touched someone contact me, 3 min wait. No call in 5 min. Tried calling, can't speak to a person. Touched call me on kiosk again, 2 min wait. Again no call. I was having a posdible allergic reaction to a medication, non emergent at that time@, but could turn emergent quickly. Finally, I had to leave to go to Urgent care in Jacksonville. At 9:20 am the text is sent to me. At the new urgent care there was a person to ask if I was having difficulty breathing and to talk to if symptoms changed while I waited. Very disappointed with an urgent care that cannot have a person to talk to if needed.
First time visit. Super easy to register at the kiosk as soon as you walk in. After that I waited maybe 5 minutes for my check in time. Went to the kiosk and checked in. Was taken back right away. Place is very clean, staff very friendly. I was very impressed with the whole experience. I would recommend this place to anyone and will have no problem going again if needed.

The PA and nurses were extremely nice, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. Online scheduling was very helpful. The PA responded in the Patient Portal in a timely manner. The kiosk with check-in procedures was very user friendly. The office was clean and they provided bottled water and/or coffee. A large monitor in the waiting room allowed you to see when you would be called back. I will use this office in the future. I was only there for about 1 hour.
This urgent care has kiosk check in so you dont have to speak with anyone, just sign in on the kiosk, which can be convenient for some. If you have issues with signing in on the kiosk. They have they option to speak with someone on the kiosk in real time or the option to receive a phone call which both happen in less than 3 minutes. Very easy to be seen, might sit in the lobby for a little while so they can prepare a room for you. But once you get called back and get your weight and vitals, theyre usually very quick with seeing you. They care about their patients and do everything they can to help you with anything you need.

I went to this urgent care after falling on my back from a raised surface, which caused severe upper back pain and difficulty breathing due to sharp pain at the impact site. My visit was clearly for trauma related to that fall.
X-rays were taken, but the provider did not examine the area of impact or listen to my lungs. I was told nothing significant showed and to wait for the official reading. It was suggested that I go to the ER if the issues persisted or got worse.
When I received my visit summary, it incorrectly stated I was seen for UNEXPLAINED shoulder, low back, and chest pain, and even mentioned bronchitis — which I do not have. I clearly explained that my symptoms were caused by a fall.
The discharge summary also stated that a prescription had been called into my pharmacy, but was not there. When I contacted the provider, I was told that nothing had been prescribed. After two days of messaging back and forth, and only after I sent them a photo of the discharge summary showing the listed prescription, they finally “found” it and called it in.
The documentation did not match what I reported, and communication about my care was inconsistent. Accurate records and clear communication are critical after a traumatic injury, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.
