  My daughter had an emergency situation and I needed medical advice, but could not get a successful remedy from nurses or a call back from Dr. Tackleman for 3 days. As a first time Mom I did not feel as though my concerns were heard.

  Update: we have received an appt in February.. updating review from 1* to 5* thank you Teresa office manager for reaching out to us. We really loved Dr Edwards, now that she is no longer there we have not been able to get an appointment for a 1 year well child check, we’ve been on a waitlist for weeks. Can’t get anybody on the phone either to check the status of our wait. The office ladies are always super nice though. If the situation changes I will update my review.

  Dr. Edwards is the best! The office is always clean and well organized. The staff is so attentive, patient, and friendly. I always recommend Novant Pediatrics to all my friends with little ones!

  Dr Tackman was able to last minute squeeze us into her busy day to approve our son for minor surgery and the office staff were so nice and helpful! Highly recommend this office for children!

  Amazing office everyone is so very kind and it is very clean.I would recommend this office with 5 plus stars.
