  I was looking for a gi doctor closer to home but after seeing the reviews on this place im wondering how can they still b practicing medicine treating people like they don't matter at all everyone says the same thing noone calls back people are left without their medications waiting to b seen after serious surgeries for weeks and months what kind of horror house it this I'll never go to this place and having the name novant says it all Novartis is the sorriest medical listing there is im furious just reading the reviews and im not stopping here something n r Ed's to b done sound like the Dr here is a dr freckle and receptionist comes from dear God someone shut this place down

  I saw this doctor and after an 8 month wait I was told my GI issues come from retaining amniotic fluid from pregnancy in my colon….which anatomically makes zero sense. Not even possible. Also only spent at most 5 minutes in the room talking to me and asked very few questions.

  Got a prescription for a medication that helps with me not using the bathroom every 30 minutes and I ran out of my prescription. Can’t be seen for over 2 months and they will not refill my medication so I have to go without. Even after telling them it’s playing a toll on my mental health. They do not care about their patients. I have to be seen yearly for them to keep my prescription going even thought it’s not a narcotic by any means. It’s Dicyclomine which is souly to help with urgency to use the bathroom. I will never return to this place again. Very frustrating to not be heard. After seeing other reviews I now understand I’m not alone with this situation. It’s a sad sad day when health providers don’t care.

  First time patient was nervous and didn’t know what to except. Everyone one at this office was so great.
