  Went for my first appointment on Thursday April 2nd and the check in process was super quick and the front desk was very nice and helpful. Dr Cole was awesome with my adjustment and made sure that all my needs were met before I left from my appointment. Most definitely recommend this location to all my friends and family! Keep up the good work everybody!

  I’ve had a lifetime of back problems and use chiropractors often. I was given a gift of a month from a family member to go to their office. Turned out to be a 2 month contract they failed to notify me about while doing their sales pitch. After my 30 days I asked if there was anything I needed to do to end the membership I signed up for and I was told no. Turns out they charged my family member for 5 months after the 30 days. When we contacted them about it they refused to refund anything. We wrote a letter asking for it as well. The receptionist only said “I sent your request to upper management” which basically means they did nothing or their upper management doesn’t care. They have your money they don’t care how they treat the customer if they aren’t currently active. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced from a chiropractor. I have, and 3 of my family members have worked for chiropractors for over 15 years and this service and treatment is beyond the worst ever to exist. 3-31-26 reply to your request… no thank you. You didn’t take me seriously when I tried to handle this one on one. You can contact me if you wish to resolve the request we already sent in.
