I didn’t get a person to acknowledge me for over 5 minutes. When I went into the room they didn’t have my information which I had already provided. This is the most unorganized business I have had to deal with. Wouldn’t have even bothered with this review and was planning on giving them another shot. However, I needed an updated prescription emailed to me and I have to call 3 times (over 3 weeks of waiting) for an approval for someone to email me my prescription! I just got off the phone and they are making me wait again for an approval to get my already completed and updated prescription they issued ! Ridiculous! Worst costumer service! Find another place to go if you want good service and people who acknowledge and value their clients.
